Looking to get some fresh air, enjoy the mountains and escape for a few days? Welcome to our studio in Barcelonnette, a cosy and comfortable retreat, perfect for discovering the beautiful Ubaye Valley.
Located in a quiet residence just a 5-minute walk from the town centre, our 23 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 guests. Its 6 m² balcony offers lovely views of the mountains — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing after a day outdoors.
A studio designed for your comfort
We wanted to create a warm and welcoming place where you will quickly feel at home. The studio features a living area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable sofa bed for two, and a sleeping nook with bunk beds, ideal for children.
The bathroom was fully renovated in July 2026 and now features a shower.
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday is provided: a raclette grill, waffle maker, coffee machine, dishwasher, television, as well as games and books for children.
After a day of skiing or hiking, come back to the comfort of the studio and enjoy its warm and relaxing atmosphere.
The mountains at your doorstep
In both summer and winter, Barcelonnette is a fantastic base for exploring the Ubaye Valley.
In winter, you can easily reach the Le Sauze ski resort, approximately 5 km away, Pra Loup, approximately 10 km away, or Sainte-Anne, approximately 20 km away.
Enjoy skiing, snowboarding, sledding and ski touring.
When the warmer days arrive, enjoy the great outdoors: hiking, mountain biking, road cycling, water sports, tree-top adventure courses, mini-golf and many other activities await you.
The famous Col d’Allos, Col de la Bonette and Col de la Cayolle also offer spectacular routes for mountain and cycling enthusiasts.
And for a change of pace, the historic centre of Barcelonnette, with its shops, restaurants, markets and famous Mexican-style villas, is all within walking distance.
